Wouldn't you love it if someone links back to you? Obviously, you would want them to inform you and you would need to do the same. If you've got them in your circles on Google+ you could always tag them to the post by using a '+' followed by their name and let them know that they've been linked to. In excitement they would share it amongst their followers and this would stretch the boundaries of your horizon and maybe you would get plenty of new visitors to your website.

Organize the people in your circles for effective tagging

If at all you have various niches that you specialise in you would need to categorize and organize people in your circles. Different people are following you for different reasons and you would need to place them in respective circles.

Let's consider a simple example wherein you have an affiliate marketing website that sells kitchen hardware, garden tools and another that is based on baby products. Some of your followers maybe interested in just Garden tools, whereas others would like to know more about baby products or Kitchen hardware in addition to Garden tools. Depending on the likes of the people you would have to add them to either just one circle or a variety of circles so that they get updates on stuff they are interested in. If at all you fail to categorize people into their circles you may end up losing many followers because they see you as spammy.

Categorize the content you share

When it comes to publicising your brand online using social networks you would first and foremost need to become one with the community. To unite with the community you would need to share helpful links in addition to promoting your website and business. Therefore, you need to find the right stuff to share with your followers and anything and everything that seems cool to you shouldn't be shared. Instead, you need to categorize the stuff you plan on sharing and only share it with the people of a few groups that would benefit by reading or watching whatever you share. They would then share it with their friends and this would get you a few more followers. Tagging the right people when you share is very crucial as it could be the deciding factor when it comes to a growing fan base or rejection.

Make sure to share something for everyone. Never leave your followers empty handed, you have many circles and therefore you need lots of stuff to share - your website or business or something related to it is what you need. But as mentioned earlier you may have many niches that you specialize in and therefore you would need stuff to share with every category of people in your circles as if you don't keep in constant contact with them they would eventually forget about you.

By following the tips above you could easily tag people in your circles and popularize your brand. By keeping in constant contact with them they know exactly where to look when they need something you have to offer and they'll even work as referrals by suggesting you to their friends and family whenever people need services or goods that you have to offer.
